Yelling seems to be a strange solution to cope with stress, but these tips are very effective using that by most people. Of course, the screaming you can do on the beach, or in a soundproof room so without disturbing others.

Vent 

Telling a problem to people close to us whether it's friends, siblings, parents, teachers, and our partners are very effective to cope with or relieve stress. Saving the problem is not a good solution, so we better throw it away? garbage? knapsack problem which will weigh our lives.
